ABOUT GIRIVAN - Girivan is a fully developed recreational destination. It is located at Dongargaon village near Kolvan, Taluka Mulshi, District Pune. It is a ‘Mini Mahabaleshwar’ which is 40 kms from Pune and 120 kms from Mumbai. It is 2400 ft. above sea level i.e 400 ft. higher than Lonavala. The climate here is cool, refreshing and full of energy. This is a good place for one day's picnic or an over-night stay with friends and family. For all the people who seek adrenaline rush, we have Mount-View Sports Park which consists of adventure activities like zipline, Burma bridge, commando rope and many more. One can also go trekking and hiking in the mountains. And more importantly, the surrounding forest is filled with native plants and trees amongst which, many of them have medicinal value. This helps support the natural eco-system. Accommodation facilities are available. There are many scenic bungalows developed by our own plot-holders. Some of these plot-holders have additional earning benefits by giving their bungalows for tie-up with our company. Best time to visit Girivan is in any season, but especially during rainy or winter season, it is wonderful to see waterfalls and dense vegetation which makes Girivan a romantic place.
